Nestled by the Moab Rim, there are stunning 360 degree views of the Arches National Park and the La Sal Mountains-- some of the best views in the entire area. A fully equipped cooks kitchen with the nonstop views, will add extra spice to your meals. There is a lovely 12x12 cedar deck out your front door where you can spend countless hours enjoying the desert light while sipping a cup of tea or a glass of wine. There is a dining table and comfortable seating on the deck.  The ground level offers a stainless BBQ and a secure place for bike storage. There is a washer/dryer, WIFI, and spacious parking. Our location is a short bike ride or walk away to the Angel Rock and Pipe Dream Trail heads down a rural road. There are onsite wellness activities available that include meditation, Qigong, Dreaming work, Energy medicine, and Ortho-Bionomy. The land itself has a unique healing quality to it. This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is perfect for a family looking to set some roots in Moab, Utah. The home has natural light throughout and feels incredibly airy. Your animals are welcome here and will love the huge backyard with a privacy fence. You’ll enjoy being the host of your next get together because you’ll have an excuse to use the grill and bonfire! Your kitchen has beautiful cabinets, white granite counter tops and plenty of space to cook a large meal and entertain your guests at the same time. The home was thoughtfully redone with updated light fixtures and nice tile floor throughout the main area.

All vacation rental stays are subject to Moab Utah Lodging and Property Management’s Reservation Fee. Our Reservation Fee includes free Wi-Fi internet, pool and hot tub access (only select units feature pools and/or hot tubs), and standard cleaning fees.
Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
